A |     Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan shared a heartfelt message for cricketer Andre Russell after he announced his retirement as a player from the Indian Premier League. Russell, who has been one of the most loved players of the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), posted a video on social media on Sunday, confirming his decision to step away from playing. His announcement left fans emotional, but it also marked the beginning of a new chapter for him within the same team.     Soon after Andre Russell shared his retirement video, Shah Rukh Khan responded with a touching note filled with respect, love, and admiration. Two-way traffic has remained consistently high since the bridge opened to traffic.    In the first seven-plus months of this year, the port handled 4.25 million inbound and outbound vehicles, an 8.4-fold increase from the same period in 2019. Of these, vehicles with license plates from Hong Kong and Macao alone accounted for 2.48 million crossings, or nearly 60% of the total.    Since the implementation of the northbound travel policies for Hong Kong and Macao vehicles in 2023, cross-border travel between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao has continued to gain momentum.    The recent expansion of the Southbound Travel for Guangdong Vehicles policy has further boosted connectivity across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.    Since July 25, private cars from five Guangdong cities — Shenzhen, Foshan, Dongguan, Huizhou and Zhaoqing — have been allowed to drive directly to Hong Kong's urban areas via the bridge port.
